JACKSONVILLE HOMESCHOOL COMMUNITY

Jacksonville night view.jpg
Jacksonville Homeschool Community ( JHC) is designed to be a place where Jacksonville area homeschoolers can connect, organize activities, and participate in fun events.  Each month, we host multiple activities for our students to attend.

In order to join JHC, your student must be in middle school (6th-8th grade, ages 11-13 years old), or high school (9th-12th grade, ages 14-18 years old).

Our members include teens from Duval, Clay, St. John's counties and the surrounding areas. We are delighted to share that we serve over 70 homeschooling families!

  • Treat one another with respect.

  • No bullying, harassing or derogatory language should ever be used towards one another.

  • I will be an encourager, not one who ridicules, makes fun of, or criticizes others.

  • I will participate and contribute in a positive way in all group activities and obey the instructions of the host.

Our City
Camping on the Beach

Jacksonville is a large city in northeastern Florida where the St. John’s River meets the Atlantic Ocean.  Swimming and surfing are popular at our 22 miles of beaches. A regional business center, we have many museums and cultural offerings. Jacksonville has TPC Sawgrass, headquarters of the PGA Tour. We are also the home of the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars.
